WHY
'Barna' is a creative response to my experience as both a tourist visiting Barcelona and a person who's family and heritage resides there (My Bisabuela [Great Grandmother] still lives there to this day and I often visit her to learn more of my history)
WHAT
This short zine visually recounts my exploration of the iconic city of Barcelona (aka, Barna). It's history, my own insights, and some practice of communication of my thoughts in Spanish.
HOW
The publication is brought to life through my own collage of photography, a selection of appropriate typefaces, and specific illustrated pieces.
